If the heart is always searching...

Can you ever find a home?

Chapter Three

In my seventh month in L.A., my parents told me and my brothers that we were moving.  So many things poped into my head then.  I thought to myself, "Where are we moving to?  Why are we moving?  Are we staying in L.A.? Will I get to see Nick again?"   I thought my life was starting to go back to normal, well as normal as a pop star's life can be, when BAM!  We're moving.

We were staying in L.A., thank goodness.  I could not have stand to have to move to another state again and face the heartbrake of leaving friends.  We ended up moving to Nick's neighborhood.  Not only that but we get to live right next to him!  I could be with Nick all the time as long as one of us wasn't on tour or doing something important.

Okay, how awesome is it to live right next to you boyfriend?  Pretty cool is what I think.  And it's like totaly awesome.  Why wouldn't it be.  I can't think of any reasons.

Not much stuff happened in my seventh month in L.A. other than me moving.  I thought I was finally getting used to this pop star life.  Then in my eighth month in L.A., my new album, “The Bright Light,” came out.  It was sold out of some stores in less than ten minutes.  I new I was famous and popular, but I didn't expect that.  It was, like, WOW!  There are no other words to describe it.

If my album sells out in ten minutes, I wonder how long it takes for my concerts to sell out.  Also in my eighth month, we filmed a short movie for my TV series, which was awesome.  After filming, I started my tour for my album, and Nick and his brothers went on their tour, which made me sad.  Nick and I had been basically side by side since Jake broke up with me.  In my tour I went to every state and did one concert in each state, which is why it only lasted two months.  The people who didn’t get to go to the concert got to see it on TV, which is so cool.  But it came on TV the day after the concert, which was cool for me because I got to watch myself on TV.

Of course, my ninth month in L.A. wasn’t too exciting because of the tour, but I did have some fun.  Lydeea had not been able to come to any of my concerts, but at my concert in California, she surprised me back stage as I was preparing for the concert.  At my concert in Georgia, my oldest bff, Harmony, showed up at the meet and greet I have after every concert.  In her arms she carried two bears, each holding one half of a heart that said, “Best of Friends Until the End.”

I almost cried when she gave one bear to me.  Then she told me that she was moving to, I’ll give you three guesses. Guess number one, Maui? No. Guess number two, Ohio? No. Guess number three, Brazil? Nope! Your three guesses are up. She was moving to L.A.!

Oh yeah, before my ninth month ends, I wanted to tell you that the bear gave me an idea for a song, which lead into an album, which lead into a tour featuring me Lydeea and Harmony. The song, album and tour title is “Best of Friends Until the Very End.”
