Nick puts a silver heart necklace around Melody’s neck.
Nick: Read the back.
Melody: “Nick and Melody Forever.” When did you get this?
Nick: I got it for you after I broke up with you because I wanted to go back out with you but,
Melody: But I wasn’t ready for another boyfriend and then I chose Jake. I was so stupid.
Nick: So was I. But we’re humans and we make mistakes.
Nick starts singing Hello Beautiful.
Nick: The most important thing is that we’re back together.
Joe enters the room.
Joe: Sorry if I’m ruining the moment, but we’re all going out for pizza.
Melody: We’ll be ready in a minute.
Joe exits the room. Melody leans over and kisses Nick softly on his cheek.
Melody: Now let’s go.
Nick: Okay. I’m starving!
