The next morning Nick wakes up and goes downstairs to eat breakfast. His brothers were already down eating.
Kevin: What’s up?
Nick: I think I’ll go to the park today.
Joe: You seem to be going there a lot lately. You want one of us to go with you?
Nick: No. I’ll be fine.
Nick leaves and goes to the park.
Kevin: We have to cheer him up.
Joe: I have an idea.
At the park Nick sits on a bench and lets out a big sigh. He then notices that there is a girl sitting on the other side of the bench..
Nick: Oh, sorry. I didn’t know anyone else was here. I’ll leave if you want me to.
Girl: No, it’s fine. You can stay. Hey, aren’t you Nick Jonas.
Nick: Yeah.
Girl: I’m Maranda. So, what are you doing here?
Nick: My ex doesn’t believe that her boyfriend is cheating on her and planning to hurt her.
Maranda: I have the same problem.
Nick: Is that why you’re here?
Maranda: Yeah. That and being around the beautiful nature here. I love it.
Nick: Me too. I guess you’re a Jonas Brother fan?
Maranda: Sure am.
Nick: You want to meet my brothers?
Maranda: That would be nice.
Nick: Come on then. Let’s go.
Nick and Maranda walk to Nick’s house and introduces her to his brothers.
Nick: Kevin, Joe, this is Maranda.
Kevin and Joe: Hi.
Joe: Nick, to help cheer you up, Kevin and I are taking you to this really awesome theme park. Six Flags!
Kevin: Over
Maranda: That would be amazing.
Nick: The only bad thing about the concert is that Jake will be there. And he’s planning to…sing…to…Melody! That’s when he’s going to do it.
Joe: What are you going to do?
Nick: I have an idea, but I need all of you to help.
Nick tells his plan to Maranda, Kevin, and Joe.
Maranda: That just might work. Wait, are you talking about Jake Smith? He’s the guy I’m talking about. His girlfriend, Khrisandra, is also dating this guy named Lance Justice. She said that at one of the concerts she’s going to push Jake off the stage, just like he’s going to do with Melody.
Joe: It’s a small world.
Kevin: A very small world.
